Our Classes

The Reformer Room offers a variety of Pilates classes tailored to different fitness levels and preferences. Our classes include Reformer Pilates, Tower Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Men's Reformer Pilates, ensuring there's something for everyone. Classes are typically 45 minutes long and are conducted in small groups of up to 7 participants, providing a more intimate and personalized experience. For those seeking individual attention, private one-on-one sessions are also available.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Class Levels Explained

Here at The Reformer Room we believe Pilates is a journey, a process. One that cannot be fulfilled to its full extent with drop in classes. Our membership system enables our clients to commit to one class a week, where within this class we are able to progress your pilates Practice not only as an individual but as a group. Our 3 levels are integral to allowing progress to take place. Whether you are at the very beginning of your Pilates journey or have been practicing for some time, we have a class for you where everyone is challenged.


Beginner Classes

Our beginner level classes focus on learning and perfecting the fundamental Pilates movement techniques, suitable for beginners to Pilates of any age and ability.

Intermediate level 1 classes are for those who have a solid understanding of how to complete the exercises and transitions on their machines. A minimum of 30 beginner classes must be attended prior to joining these classes.

Intermediate 1

Intermediate 2

This class features intermediate and advanced level exercise progressions on the reformer. Class speed may vary from moderate to a faster pace, introducing clients to more complex exercises from the Pilates repertoire. Clients must be aware of form and proper alignment as we move into a more intense workout.
